Detailed, Itemized Estimates—Each estimate is broken down by room or section of the house or business. Everything we are planning to repair is listed as a line item. Most detailed estimates are written and printed on site. A copy of the estimate is given to the homeowner and the adjuster at that time.

Floor Covering—Missouri Contracting and Cleaning maintains its own showroom of flooring – carpet, tile and vinyl products. To make it more convenient, we will bring samples to you. We work with expert installers for all flooring types.

Deodorization/Ozone—After fire or smoke damage, odors can linger from noxious contaminants caused by particles of incomplete combustion. We provide full service chemical seal-out chemical spray and ozone treatment. Ozone shock treatment eliminates the initial contamination from the air and then provides continuous control over recurring contamination by way of ozone or "activated oxygen". Ozone is the second most powerful sterilization process in the world and its function is to destroy bacteria, viral germs and odors.

Complete Contents Cleaning—Our contents cleaning division provides exceptional service, from one room to the entire home or business. Household or office items are cleaned of smoke residue and soot then packed in clean boxes for storage until you are ready for delivery. On certain jobs, contents can be cleaned and restored on location.

Carpet Cleaning—Truck-mounted, high-pressure cleaning equipment employs a "hot water extraction" method. Hot or warm water and cleaning agents are sprayed on the carpet and immediately vacuumed off, extracting soil and excess water. Water and soil are extracted back to a holding tank in the truck.
