New Programs Leads To Better Service Independence, MO Missouri Contracting & Cleaning, Inc. establishes a greater level of customer service for the restoration industry by implementing a Quality Assurance Program. This program is believed to be the first of its kind for the local reconstruction/restoration industry. In July of 2003, Missouri Contracting initiated its Quality Assurance Program to measure their level of customer satisfaction and to proactively determine if any problems were arising on a job. “Through this program, we are able to find out early if there are any issues for the property owner and take care of them quickly before they become more problematic”, says Steve King, Vice President at Missouri Contracting. “When someone experiences a loss, it can be very difficult and stressful to go through the rebuilding process. It’s our job to make it as easy as possible for them within given financial and insurance policy parameters. In order to provide the highest quality service, we really needed a way to pinpoint service issues, no matter how small they might be, in a non-threatening format. This program has allowed us to do just that. It helps us improve our work processes and improves the level of service we provide to every job we do.
